i order a handbag online and the lovely person from their store saw a color difference and sent a picture to make sure i still wanted it…. well i didn’t and ended up switching for another fabulous bag it’s great customer service like this that will bring me back!

Cozy, chic, and effortlessly cool. It’s the kind of place where you “just stop in to browse” and suddenly you’re in the dressing room with an armful of pieces that feel like they were made for you. 👏✨ The selection?? Unreal. Trendy without trying too hard, classic without being boring, and every single thing in there just feels like something you’ll wear over and over again. (A rare find in the world of impulse shopping.) And the team?? Top-tier hype squad. They will not let you leave with something that doesn’t make you feel 100% amazing. This gorgeously curated boutique in NuLu is truly phenomenal. This is THE go-to place in Louisville for unique and beautiful gift items, and the customer service I received today was honestly unsurpassed. I was truly blown away by Maddie and Liz’s friendless and helpfulness in finding Taylor Swift-themed gift items for my niece! These two truly made my whole day because they even offered to gift wrap the items for free AND even ship them to Colorado (for a nominal fee). WOW! Thank you, Jones & Daughters, and especially Maddie and Liz, for showing me (and my dog Jolene) true Southern hospitality to this transplanted Chicago boy. Happy holidays!

Jones & Daughters is an outstanding experience to host an event! My family had a bridal shower for my daughter. It was such a unique atmosphere. While celebrating the joy of the event, women were able to shop at such a beautiful boutique! I would alo like to express my gratitude to Amanda & Emily for all the help and kindness they gave to help us to make our daughter and guest feel very welcome! So, for anyone wanting to plan a most enjoyable time, Jones & Daughters is an exceptional experience. Thank you for helping make my daughter have a memory she will forever treasure!!!

I ordered a ceramic dish from Jones & Daughters and it arrived with a minor crack on the bottom. I texted customer service using the phone number provided in the packaging to ask about returning the item and replacing it. They mailed me a second dish a few days later free of charge, and did not make me go through the hassle of returning the first one. Being able to text customer service was super easy and efficient. Jones & Daughters has amazing customer service and I strongly recommend supporting this lovely small business!

Love love love this store, it’s my absolute go to when I need something to wear for an event as well as for home decor accessories. They have a really beautiful curation of brands that I haven’t been able to source in person in Louisville, and some incredible jewelry. Most of my favorite pieces to wear are from here. I also think they are the perfect place to source table decor for hosting. There’s always a great selection of taper candles and small gift ideas.

I had a great experience at Jones & Daughters! Maddie, the sales associate, helped process my return and then patiently helped me shop for gifts for the next 30+ minutes. She was so patient and kind, suggesting great gift ideas! This store was perfect for shopping for house warming gifts, birthday gifts, & baby shower gifts, etc. Maddie also went above and beyond to make my purchases cute and presentable with tissue paper, saving me a lot of time and effort!
